הצהרת נגישות

האתר הוא אוסף משחקי למידה חינמיים לפעוטות, ללא מטרות רווח. אנחנו רוצים שכל ילד והורה יוכלו להשתמש בו, ופועלים להתאים אותו לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG ברמה AA.

רמת ההתאמה: האתר מונגש באופן חלקי.

מה הותאם

ניווט במקלדת: מקשי החצים עוברים בין הכפתורים, ו-Enter או רווח לוחצים עליהם.
אפשר להגדיל את התצוגה בצביטה (זום) או בהגדלת הדפדפן.
בתפריט ההגדרות (⚙️) אפשר לכבות אנימציות, לכבות את הרקע המרחף, לכבות את הצלילים או להחליש אותם, ולקבוע אחרי כמה שניות מופיע רמז.
האתר מכבד את הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה.
משוב "נכון" ו"לא נכון" מועבר גם בצליל, גם בתנועה וגם בסמל, לא רק בצבע או בטקסט.
ניגודיות צבע מספקת בכפתורים, בתפריטים ובטקסט המשוב.
האתר זמין בעברית ובאנגלית, עם כיוון כתיבה ושפת דף מוגדרים כראוי.
במשחקים שעונים בהם בקול יש תמיד גם אפשרות לשחק בלחיצה.

מגבלות ידועות

רוב המשחקים מבוססים מטבעם על זיהוי חזותי (תמונות, צורות, צבעים), ולכן אינם מתאימים לשימוש עם קורא מסך. ברוב המשחקים לתמונות אין חלופה טקסטואלית.
משחק "צבעים" בודק זיהוי צבעים, ולכן אינו נגיש לילדים עם עיוורון צבעים.
משחק "פאזל" פועל בגרירה בלבד ואינו זמין במקלדת.
בחלק מהאריחים הצבעוניים במשחקים, הניגודיות בין הכיתוב הלבן לרקע נמוכה מהנדרש.
המשחקים נשענים על שמע (הקראת אותיות, מספרים ומילים). בחלק מהמכשירים אין קול עברי, ואז מילים שאין להן הקלטה אינן מושמעות.

מדיניות פרטיות

בקצרה: אנחנו לא אוספים שום מידע אישי. אין באתר הרשמה, פרסומות, כלי אנליטיקה או עוגיות מעקב.

מה נשמר במכשיר שלכם

ההגדרות (שפה, צליל, רמת קושי וכו'), הכוכבים שנצברו והשם שהוקלד לשחקן נשמרים בזיכרון הדפדפן (localStorage) במכשיר עצמו בלבד, ואינם נשלחים אלינו או לאף אחד אחר. אפשר למחוק את כולם בכפתור "איפוס הכל" בתפריט ההגדרות (⚙️) או בניקוי נתוני האתר בדפדפן.

צדדים שלישיים

אחסון: האתר מאוחסן ב-Cloudflare Pages. כמו כל שרת אינטרנט, Cloudflare מעבדת נתונים טכניים (כגון כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן) כדי להעביר את הדפים ולהגן מפני תקיפות. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות של Cloudflare.
זיהוי דיבור: במשחקים שבהם עונים בקול (🎤), המיקרופון נפתח רק אחרי שלוחצים על כפתור המיקרופון, ורק אחרי שהדפדפן ביקש את אישורכם. זיהוי הדיבור מתבצע על ידי הדפדפן. ב-Chrome, למשל, ההקלטה נשלחת לשרתי Google לתמלול. אנחנו לא מקבלים, לא שומרים ולא שומעים את ההקלטה או את התמלול. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות של Google. אם אינכם רוצים בכך, אל תאשרו גישה למיקרופון. כל המשחקים עובדים גם בלחיצה.
הקראה: מילים שאין להן הקלטה מוקראות בקול המובנה של הדפדפן. חלק מהקולות האלה (למשל קולות Google ב-Chrome) פועלים דרך האינטרנט, ואז הטקסט המוקרא, כלומר מילה מהמשחק ולא מידע אישי, נשלח לספק הקול.

ילדים

האתר מיועד לפעוטות שמשחקים בהשגחת הורה. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי על ילדים. שם השחקן שמוקלד באתר נשאר במכשיר בלבד.

תנאי שימוש

האתר ניתן בחינם, לשימוש אישי וחינוכי, ללא מטרות רווח.
האתר מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS), ללא התחייבות לזמינות רציפה, לנכונות התוכן או להתאמתו לילד מסוים. הוא אינו תחליף לחינוך, לאבחון או לטיפול מקצועי.
האתר מיועד לשימוש בהשגחת מבוגר. האחריות לזמן המסך ולשימוש של הילד היא של ההורה.
במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר, מפעיל האתר אינו אחראי לנזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם מהשימוש באתר.
הקוד, האיורים והטקסטים של האתר שייכים למפעיל האתר. ההקלטות והגופן שייכים ליוצריהם ומשמשים לפי הרישיונות שבסעיף הקרדיטים.

Accessibility statement

This site is a free, non-profit collection of learning games for toddlers. We want every child and parent to be able to use it, and we work towards the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG level AA.

Conformance: partially conformant.

What has been done

Keyboard play: the arrow keys move between buttons, and Enter or Space presses them.
Pinch-zoom and browser zoom are allowed.
The settings menu (⚙️) turns off animations, the floating background and sound, lowers the volume, and sets how soon a hint appears.
The operating system's "reduce motion" preference is respected.
Right/wrong feedback is given by sound, motion and symbol, not by colour or text alone.
Buttons, menus and feedback text meet contrast requirements.
Hebrew and English, with the page language and text direction set correctly.
Every game that can be answered by voice can also be played by tapping.

Known limitations

Most games are inherently visual (pictures, shapes, colours) and are not usable with a screen reader. In most games, pictures have no text alternative.
The Colors game tests colour recognition and is not accessible to colour-blind children.
The Puzzle game is drag-only and cannot be played with a keyboard.
Some coloured tiles inside the games have white text below the required contrast.
Games rely on audio. On devices without a Hebrew voice, Hebrew words that have no bundled recording are not spoken.

Privacy policy

In short: we collect no personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking cookies.

Stored on your device

Settings (language, sound, difficulty, etc.), earned stars and the player name you type are kept in the browser's storage (localStorage) on your device only, and are never sent to us or anyone else. Clear them with "Reset everything" in the settings menu (⚙️), or by clearing the site's data in your browser.

Third parties

Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Speech recognition: in the voice games (🎤), the microphone opens only after the mic button is tapped and the browser has asked for your permission. Recognition is done by the browser. In Chrome, for example, the audio is sent to Google's servers to be transcribed. We never receive, store or hear the audio or the transcript. See Google's privacy policy. If you don't want this, don't grant microphone access. Every game also works by tapping.
Read-aloud: words with no bundled recording are spoken by the browser's built-in voice. Some voices (e.g. Chrome's Google voices) are online, and the word being spoken, which is game content rather than personal data, is sent to the voice provider.

Children

The site is meant for toddlers playing with a parent's supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. A player name typed into the site stays on the device.

The site is free, for personal and educational, non-commercial use.
It is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular child. It is not a substitute for professional education, assessment or therapy.
It is meant to be used under adult supervision. Screen time and use are the parent's responsibility.
To the fullest extent the law permits, the site operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from its use.
The site's code, drawings and text belong to the site operator. The recordings and font belong to their authors and are used under the licenses listed below.
We may change the site or these terms, or take the site down, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Credits and licenses

The Hebrew recordings come from Wikimedia Commons, most of them via the Lingua Libre project. Every file was re-encoded to MP3. Some were also trimmed, sped up or slowed down, or changed in volume. The CC BY-SA recordings below, as modified here, are available under the same license as their originals.
